Rose and Jazz are qualified person-centred counsellors offering online and face to face counselling most days of the week and some evenings. What is Counselling? Counselling offers a confidential, non-judgemental and safe environment to explore any thoughts, feelings and beliefs you may be struggling with. Counselling can help you understand the root cause of what is troubling you. Working with your counsellor you can make sense of any difficulties you may be experiencing and begin to build confidence, self-awareness and resilience for the future.
